Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Revlo platform. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Revlo regarding your use of our Service.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Revlo platform (the Service), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (Terms). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to you include that organisation.
Description of Service
Revlo is a secure document collection and management platform. We provide the infrastructure for you to request and store documents; however, Revlo does not verify the legal validity, accuracy, or authenticity of any documents uploaded to the platform.
The Service is subject to storage limits based on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice for material changes.
Accounts and Registration
Account creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service.
Account security
Notify us immediately at support@revlo.tech if you suspect unauthorised access.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent content
- Violate any data protection laws or privacy rights of third parties
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our infrastructure
- Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam)
- Collect or store documents you do not have a legal right to possess
Subscriptions and Payment
Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorise us to charge the applicable fees on each billing date.
Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Data and Content
Your content
You retain ownership of all documents uploaded. You grant Revlo a limited licence to store and transmit this content solely to provide the Service.
Data protection
We act as a data processor for personal data in documents and a data controller for account data, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and GDPR.
Content responsibility
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary consents and legal basis to collect and store documents from third parties.
Intellectual Property
The Revlo platform, branding, and software are the intellectual property of Revlo and are protected by law.
Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep non-public information confidential and not disclose it to third parties except as required by law.
Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS'. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DOCUMENTS WILL BE PERMANENTLY STORED WITHOUT RISK OF LOSS.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of critical documentation outside of the Service.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revlo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data.
Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Revlo from any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from (a) your breach of these Terms, or (b) any third-party claims regarding the legality or content of the documents you collect using the Service.
Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. Upon termination, your right to access documents ceases.
We will retain your data for 90 days following termination, after which it will be permanently deleted. It is your responsibility to export your data prior to the end of this period.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
